Lara Stone for W Magazine and Julia Restoin for V Magazine Both in Tom Ford

So we saw Mr Tom Ford's 'Swans' model his new women's collection at the super secret New York Fashion Week presentation, courtesy of Terry Richardson who shot the images for Paris Vogue.
Now we see these amazing images shot for the January issue of W magazine of Lara Stone, model of the year in, for example Beyonce's leopard print gown. Amazing.
The story was shot by Inez and Vinoodah, the current hot photographic pairing who also shot the Moschino campaign in Marrakech.
Following swiftly after that is Julia Restoin (daughter of Vogue Paris ex-editor Carine Roitfeld) with the self same garments for V Magazine, featuring herself. She does have a substantial relationship with Mr Ford, so I guess it is a no brainer. But can you believe the coverage Tom Ford is getting? Unprecedented!

Apparently Jennifer Aniston’s movies aren’t the only thing that is bombing for the actress – her fragrance seems to be struggling as well.

According to E! Online, sales for Aniston’s signature scent, originally called “Lolavie” but released simply as “Jennifer Aniston,” are down since the fragrance’s launch in London this past summer. The cause? Reportedly Aniston hasn’t done much to support sales of the fragrance.


However, Jennifer Aniston reps have shot all this down. Her rep claims that she has done well in promoting it and the fragrance is selling. The U.S. launch of the fragrance will reportedly happen in the next year.

Meanwhile, Rupert Everett Slams Jennifer Aniston.
Rupert Everett has slammed the continued success of Jennifer Aniston. During an interview with BBC Radio, the actor said “If you look and analyze the careers of many, many stars, you’ll find that they’re mostly sustained by the business,” and pointed to the ‘Friends’ star. Everett also said that he thinks when Hollywood businessmen decide someone’s right for the film industry, “they’ll stand with them for quite a long time,” USmagazine.com is reporting.

Everett said: "Ok, something will go wrong. Like Jennifer Aniston will just have one too many total flops. But she's still a member of that club. "And she will still manage to, like a star forming in the universe, a whole lot of things swirling around and suddenly solidifying into another vital tasteless RomCom - a little glitter next to the Crab Nebula."

Yves Saint Laurent Spring 2011 Campaign

So I also love this campaign for Yves Saint Laurent. The model is a total newbie which is risky and exciting and rare. Her name is unbelievably Arizona Muse and this campaign was shot in one of my favourite holiday destinations - Marrakech. Of course Marrakech is also home to the YSL gardens, so I am assuming that this was the location for the campaign shoot. I adore it's elegance and classic beauty. What do you think?

Moschino Spring 11 Campaign

There is so much about this campaign that I love. First it stars Yasmin Le Bon. Right there, three reasons to love. 1. Wife of Duran Duran. 2. My sort of age. 3. Elegant and stunning.
Second, it is classic Moschino stylish without over kill. For Moschino that is a real win.
And finally it is really, really beautiful. Straight into my references file it goes.
